The Deputy Governor of Bangkok led a team from BMA and HII to survey Prawet Canal to identify the drainage weakness.

On September 20, 2022, Assoc. Prof. Wisanu Subsompon, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, led a team from the Department of Drainage and Sewerage (DDS) BMA and HII to visit Khlong Prawet Buri Rom (Prawet canal) and scan its bed by surveying boat in 3D mapping. This operation aimed to assess the weakness of drainage in the Lat Krabang area. This survey was conducted on September 20-21 to prepare for increasing drainage capacity during heavy rain.
